Interesting... I have a set of Cutcos and I'm not impressed honestly.


My MIL sends us Cutco knives each year for Xmas. We've got a full set of steak knives, a few different chef knives and such. I have a few Victorinox knives that are RAZOR sharp at a fraction of the cost and I can sharpen them myself at home for free. There's NO denying that the cutcos look and feel a lot more substantial and I like the fact that they're made in the US instead of Swiss or Chinese but man.

All that said, the one thing that's Cutco that I LOVE is the meat cleaver. That bad boy is awesome!
