Ontario Knife Company Old Hickory 5 piece set

My Grandpa was a butcher and he had a knife like this that was passed on to my mother that she used until the blade was so thin it broke this year. That knife HAD to be close to 70 yrs old. I got my Mother this set last year and she has been thrilled! Carbon Steel so takes a bit of care but will eventually form a patina (like seasoning a cast iron skillet) that prevents corrosion, etc. Holds an edge beautifully.
Available on Amazon for about $50. Other knives similar available but set of 5 has most things covered. Buy American!!
