I recommend some good advice before going this route


If you are a member of credit union, many offer some sort of financial advisor on staff. Going this route, it also makes sense to pay a flat fee to a certified advisor to run your ideas by, since you will be taking on fairly high amounts of risk. You only get to retire once, might as well get it right on the front end.
