Self directed let’s you invest in a series of options


What you can’t do is invest in yourself. However, you can invest in other firms beyond just funds. In this example, I have a guy that buys defaulted real estate and either does a buy and hold or rehab then sell. It would read as a loan with interest and a payout if the property is sold.

For me, I just think I have too much in the market. Thinking of taking 50-100k out to divesting more than just stocks and bonds.
