No, but the Midwest football talent has declined and the Big Ten has to


recruit in the southern states to get the best talent now. And there is much more competition for that talent. Thus, I and others think that the Big Ten might have a lot of money, but the southern schools have the best players and most of the future football champions will most likely be from the southern schools.
