Not necessarily money, but money spent wisely

You can see it all the time in professional sports, political campaigns and even business. For every Spanish Armada, there is an outgunned British fleet that prevails. In the long run money and resources, wisely spent, tend to pay off, but there are no guarantees. In the short term, trying to employ too many resources often leads to confusion and inefficiency. Could this be happening in the B1G?
