Gallop surveyed over a million & by far the #1 thing n turnover is the boss

...it wasn't money, it wasn't the company...it was the boss. Mac was a good coach just like Bobby, Frank etc., but they stayed to long.

The head recruiters today has to be the head coach. Saban is outlasting them because he is able to still recruit and close the deal.

So I agree, Texas made some decisions that hurt them, but they will be back, probably under Herman. I think that Jimbo struggles at A&M in the long run.
