Ok yes. This. How best to transition to smaller portions?


That is exactly my issue. Keto seemed appealing because (to me) it doesn't seem very limiting because I already eat quite healthy. Lots of lean protein, fruits, vegetables, nuts, olive oil, etc. Very little of anything from a bag or box. Switching and sticking with keto for a while wouldn't be a big stretch.

My conundrum was, how can I eat much better when I already eat well? The answer is eat less, but that's really hard. I'm a foodie. Love food. Healthy food. If I get hungry at 10pm I will eat a couple oranges and a whole bag of steam fresh green beans. So it's not bad food, it just too much.
