Use a small plate. Many of those diets give you small containers


You open them and eat whenever you like but that's what you get. Small container of nuts or seeds, small container of fruit, big one of leafy greens.

You can apply that to your rounded meal at home by just using a small dinner plate. Simple things first IMO
