I don't think the HOA can block the sale, it will prob just have to


be addressed in the closing docs. So the buyer is aware as the violations pass to the buyer. The issue is the buyer may back out. I would be all over the hoa people to clear the ones that should be cleared, the shingle issue is addressed in your concession to the buyer.
