Closing To next week from the 2nd week in April. .I put it on the market early March! Just don’t want them asking for a bunch of last minute concessions, but I think they really want the property, it is in great shape. They are constraining my ability to resolve the hoa issues with them moving the closure so I will leverage that.

I emailed the HOA and they did respond, they want Arc waivers approved for everything. I found my disclosure package from 2003 that didn’t list several items they are complaining about. Going to go by there tomorrow to seek further clarification.
