TP is not a supply chain issue. Residential TP demand skyrocketed when


everyone started being at home 24/7 (vs being at the office 8+ hours a day). Simply the demand has overwhelmed the supply, and the suppliers/manufacturers were already at capacity for the most part so there is no room for growing supply.

Conversely the supply of commercial/institutional TP is much more than the demand right now. But it is a different product, uses recycled paper, different manufacturering process, different manufacturers, different size rolls, different distributers, etc.
