20 million would still mean we're ~8% of the way to herd immunity. It's

not something that's going to happen any time soon and we don't want it to w/o a vaccine b/c it will most likely end up with health care systems being overwhelmed. If herd immunity is the only way out of this and it has to happen without a vaccine then we're in for a rough road ahead.
