Like I posted earlier....
approximately 60% of families are two income households. Loudoun County where I live is doing 2 days in person and 3 virtual. Guess what those 3 virtual days are going to be, yep daycare (at worst) and nanny/college kid/etc. (at best).
Why do I say at worst vs at best? Simple, if we go with daycare we are certainly not reducing overall risk to the community. They will be mixing with other kids from other schools, etc. which will increase the chances of transmission not decrease.
This is all about avoiding litigation now, its not about using logic.
