When you look at the regional breakdowns.
The Northern Region peaked for most everything in late May and has been down or flat ever since.
The rest of VA peaked for most everything in late May, went down after, but in the last few weeks has been trending back upward in all the things.
Given relative population densities, one would normally expect NoVA to be where things get bad. I suspect the fine folks in "Real Viriginia" are not taking things seriously enough.
