Johns Hopkins professor suggests we could have herd immunity by April ...

which is likely a bit optimistic but he raises some really good points. Most medical people believe that the actual number of infections in the US is roughly 3x the confirmed infections due to asynchronous infections and those that simply never got tested. This doctor says the number is higher than 3x ... obviously no one really knows. However the rate at which infections are dropping certainly support that we are on the right track. If we can continue to vaccinate 1.5 million people per day then spring seems like a reasonable target.
