I agree...

I guess part of me just expects laws to be created to make certain activities illegal. If so, I think that's where we'll see the American spirit truly tested.

But that's all I'm going to say...I don't want to push this over the TOS cliff, and I'm not trying to provoke a fight with anyone who feels differently. That's awesome about your mom - that is exactly what I am pushing for. I just want to see all people be given the opportunity to decide what's right for them. No one should be able to make decisions for other people.
