Well that's the funny part. On what grounds could they arrest someone?

These are not laws. Not wearing a mask may be considered irresponsible and selfish, but it is NOT illegal. Opening a business would violate health department rules and could cost you your license to operate, but it is NOT illegal. At some point businesses are going to just say 'screw it - I am opening to capacity and lets see what you do about it'. And customers are going to say 'I've been vaccinated and the numbers are near zero so I'm not wearing a mask.' Collectively as a society I think we are 'done' and the fact that even the schools in the MOST locked down areas are starting to open is the first major crack in the foundation.

My 80 year-old Mom gets her second dose on Wednesday and she told me last night that she is going to wait about 10 days and then she is 'done with COVID'. Said she will wear a mask but she is going to start doing all the things she has been unable to do for almost a year. Very proud of that woman!
