I have the opposite view. I think it is great that we are reducing seats
When you factor in the location of VT, it's just not realistic to expect full capacity all the time. We don't have the local population size to support that over time. So by going with an upgraded experience and premium seating options, it creates new ways to generate revenue and bring in fans. Empty seats don't generate revenue. But suites can be sold to companies and/or large donors. And it gives Cassell other options for events as well.
From a money perspective, this is a great move.
