I think the thinking is almost everyone needs more education. Adding


2 years of CC for free (onto the 12 years we give now) will provide a better educated and trained workforce. Our CC has all sorts of certifications such as Welding, A/C Repair, CDL training even drone and windmill technician classes. Makes sense to me. Its not just about making engineers, lawyers and accountants...
