Right. Little concern about transfer of kids who were not getting . . .


playing time. The fact is that women's sports are much different than men's in terms of player development. In softball if you're not on the field by your sophomore year you're likely not going to be. There are some exceptions but typically women aren't going to grow or lift their way onto the field like males can.
