My condolences again, and sorry you have to live through that again...

...with this mess.

Unfortunately I don't know how to best handle this, other than to pay the fine, then hire a lawyer to go after the POS boyfriend. Would sue the crap out of that POS in civil court! Oh, have Riverwife tell him that's where you're headed if he doesn't make this right. At least he will know it's coming if he doesn't act soon.
