16 SEC plus 8 ACC (VT, FSU, Clemson, GT, NCSU, UNC, Miami, and L’ville).

I see Wake as needing to drop down.

Pitt, Cuse, BC could be picked up by B10.

The question is what to do with Duke and UVA. They could go either way, which is a good situation for them. But Duke size and lack of football tradition makes them not as easy of a choice. And technically UNC could go either way also.
