You have to have standing to sue. If you don't have ownership, you may very well have no standing. The schools don't own the media rights. They will in a few years, but they don't now. The only guaranteed way to get to negotiation is if both parties want to be there. And if you do have standing and can get into court, it is a long way from a successful outcome.

I have agreed with you for years on these issues; but I think that people are posting with their hearts right now.
I'm skeptical that good lawyers can find solutions; solutions that no one can articulate the basis for or show an example of. Show us how GORs have been busted! Until someone has more than "a good lawyer can do it", I'm not buying.
