It may not be that simple though given how much money the conferences


and school make from the various media contracts. It is possible the schools may have to give up all that too in order to avoid from being required to identify the student-athletes as "employees." Even if the schools decide to go back to the pre-1984 and find a way to do it without violating antitrust laws, the schools may still be required to identify the student-athletes as "employees."
