The courts may rule that if the schools don't provide the student-athletes


with compensation for the revenue generated by the various media contracts, then the schools may be in violation of antitrust laws. My point is that if the schools decide to eliminate athletic-scholarships all together, then the money being generated by these media contracts will be the next thing to get challenged in the courts.
