Sorry I don't get the Army Navy can't compete in other sports, they do


better than some in the ACC and the B1G in the Directors Cup.

As far as the Conferences go, I think getting Navy would be a great carrot to getting ND too. We have to chip away at them. Their Administration already wants to come, but they can't turn off the older Big Donors, that embrace partial independence in football. Giving automatic bids to the highest ranked Conferences is another way to chip at them. Preserve the National Schedule, but give them better access to the National Championship by being in the ACC.
