My problem is my hands get cold riding up the first lift

Recently was gifted a pair of Columbias with reflective lining and fleece inserts. Put them on in the lot before the air or snow had a chance to get my hands cold, and my fingertips were already freezing halfway to the top of the hill. Once I've done a few runs they're fine but that first 30-60 minutes is no fun. Might just be a blood circulation issue and nothing to do with the gloves.
