members given the conference only had 4 (of 14) members from the state of TX. Besides, I am not sure having the HQ in Providence, RI made much sense for the conference given that the conference never had a member from that state. Plus, the HQ's current location may turn out to be a good strategic move given who the other tenants are in the building.
