Honestly, I wasn't sure how to take it because sometimes people

are being sarcastic and don't provide any indicators (i.e. TIC). Thanks for the complement. Honestly, though I guess I don't see any point to having a meaningful and even intelligent conversation about a topic, particularly one that is complex, if people are going to ignore the relevant facts associated with the topic. Even when people don't see eye to eye on a particular topic that shouldn't prevent them from engaging in intelligent and civil conversations about it. Sometimes you can persuade the other person to view something from a different angle and sometimes you are persuade to do the same.
