The problem with no risk opportunities is that when there is no risk


there is little to no interest from either fans or the teams. Players will be rested or opt out.

I think if there are OOC games or crossover games, they have to count for at least at-large bids.

Nowadays, we have players opting out of even major bowl games that aren't in the CFP. I think everyone kinda knows instinctively that every game has to count for something. Otherwise, it is a glorified NFL preseason game.
