OK, posted this on the Subscription board below, but need answers.

If MY's "SYSTEM" requires a complete knowledge of offense/defense BEFORE you can get decent minutes (See Mattox, Basimille, Cone, possibly Radford?!) how are we going to get/keep highly ranked recruits? (IE, are Collins and Rice going to transfer after one year after not "Learning" MY's defense/offense?
