"complete knowledge" is a red herring.

working knowledge is something different. Thing is just like Fu changing the type of player at say DE over Bud, Bamisaile and Cone are more free flowing run and gun players. NA seems to be as well. So it's not what they don't "know" it's how well they can execute, or want to execute what they do know.

But in truth most of the "better" players want to play a free flowing run and gun type O so there is that.
