So disallow networks to lump content into an underpaying contract?

The ACC was earning less than the Pac12 from that contract and the Pac12 still had the content available to start a network on its own. Same with Texas and the rest of the Big12.

The LHN was not a good thing for the league. However, each of those Big12 schools is making money from a source of revenue that isn't available to ACC schools. And the kicker is, quite a bit of that potential revenue for the ACC ended up on Raycom. Ha! You can't make this stuff up.

I'll just say that the Big12 isn't the best of leagues. Again, it's dying. However, the fact that they are bringing in more dough than the ACC is an embarrassment for the ACC.

Pointing out the failings of the Big12 does nothing to absolve the leadership of the ACC. That's especially true when the Big12 is still the more profitable of the two leagues.
