In my opinion, positive differences of old and new coaches

Zadick/St. John were great. New coaches upgrade us in the following ways.

--perceived upgrade in recruiting: PA/NJ hotbeds, FL is improving. We have a chance for both areas versus pulling kids from the midwest
--in the room: BIG 10 (PSU and Wisc) perspective on different approach and techniques
--international experience: big upgrade, Olympians both (will assist in Walz's goal of wresting internationally)

Icing on the cake is can we get Dance to hang around in the SERTC for the lower weights. Walz is going to be huge in recruiting and could give an additional international presence.
