Gradual progression hopefully

With Molinaro here you have to expect him to at least invite some Nittany lions in for a week or two to start. Once recruits see that we get better recruits...we get better freestyle guys...we are a name brand. Honestly Frayer is a head coach within a few years because he's been working the circuit and he is due soon. Hopefully that aligns with giving Molinaro a promotion before someone else offers him one. Then we bring in another top end Olympic level guy.

We are in a position where if we run this thing the right way that we only go up from here.
