The comparison to take for me is Old staff versus new


Robie compared to Dresser - I have read that Robie was handling the room for the last several years, but does that mean Dresser was using the extra time to recruit at the higher levels? Was it more fund raising? What does VT lose until Frayer can grow?
Frayer compared to Robie - can Frayer take over as much for Robie as was done for Dresser? Will Robie have the ability to let go and let the younger guy take over? Robie was 11 years with Dresser. How long before Dresser let him take over some of his responsibilities?
Molinaro versus Zadick - I personally think this is apples to apples. And the same for Walz to St. John. These guys are intense and have something to prove.
