Think shopping pickers. More is being picked from back room storage, not the front end freezers. The back room ones are more efficient.

I was just talking to the local Hill-Phoenix manager last week. Very interesting how retail food is changing.

Hill-Phoenix is one of the big three in commercial refrigeration.
