Meh....I had 115 acres of those. Good economics if you've got the time.....

*Pine Straw baling $$$..... continuous
*Hunting leases $$ .... continuous
* Pulpwood Thinning $$$.... every several years
* Sawtimber Harvest $$$$$$$ ..... 40 yr cycle
* Federal money to start over

Plus enjoyment of land ....stocked fish pond with ducks....free firewood.... garden and fruit trees....
honeybees....etc.
