Research how strongly they are trying to move into individual health and

health services. Apple Watch and health apps are just the beginning. Your watch will monitor your pulse, blood pressure, heart rate (ekg), blood sugar, activity level and who knows what else. This will communicate in real time to your doctors, wherever they are. Your complete medical records will be in your health app in your watch, downloaded from the doctors office. And while I have no interest in an Apple Watch right now (like a lot of people), this is why they are pushing ahead with the technology. It’s not about the time of day. It’s about the sensors that will be on the back of the watch sitting on your skin.

Need a skin check? Take a close up photo and send it to a physician in India for evaluation. Need that mole removed? Just go to the robotics center and the surgeon in India will remove it for you.

Apple has more excess cash than any company in the world. Just waiting for medical R&D. They are very forward thinking. Maybe too forward thinking at times.

I think they will do the same thing with education. Education will become very personalized. Teachers and content will be online. “Personal coaches/advisors” will be local. Schools as we know them today will be a thing of the past. And Apple will be right in the middle of it.

If not Apple, it will be someone else but right now they have the cash and capacity.
