For the American College of Sports Medicine and trying it out myself.

It certainly is not for everybody and takes some time to get used to. I do believe in it and think that Breakfast is just a marketing scheme, IMHO.

It’s gotta be good food though, can’t just switch your feeding schedule and hope for results. Still comes down to nutrition and exercise end of the day no matter what time you eat, for the most part.

I could go on and on and on and on and on but there is just too much information to get into the nitty gritty, if you have specific questions about it just holler.

Look up the guy Jim Stoppani, he’s one of the few no-bs fitness gurus in the industry in my opinion. He’s got everything you’ll need to know.
