Science points to a lot of benefits. I used it during a 30 pound weight


loss period earlier this year but I'm currently spacing out my calories more as I'm bro'ing it out in the gym pretty hard and would hate to not have the appropriate nutrition readily available when my body decides muscle repair or building needs to occur.
