Yes. I use it to get back on track after holidays and vacations.


I follow the 16 hour fast program. Generally my eating window is 11 AM to 7 PM.

I can drop fat pretty quick, but you have to be pretty diligent to get the most benefit. Do not consume anything other than water outside your eating window. Technically you shouldn't even have coffee, but if you do, it has to be black.

Many people can get into a state of ketosis after a 12 hour fast (though everyone's body reacts differently, so it's not guaranteed), so you reap the benefits of a keto diet for a few hours each day, without going full keto.

The key is not to over-indulge during your eating window, and eat nutritious foods.
