Read the science behind it. I realize it's a new fad but it's backed by


science IMO. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss it when tons of scientists, doctors, etc. are writing about it, professional encouraging it, with the science of it supporting them doing so.

We are in an era where body and exercise science is finally getting somewhere. The 90's were hilarious to that end and maybe there are something we're doing now that we'll laugh at later (keto likely being one of them as any diet prohibiting consumption of fruit seems stupid to me) but I don't think this will be one of them.
