I warn you though, It may require you to get a new license anyways. Windows tracks the components that the computer is using. If you change certain components, especially the MOBO windows can tell you that a new license is required because you're using it on a new PC.

I'm with the other guys though. Bite the bullet on the $100 for a new license and get SSD's to run your OS. Your computer will run lightspeed faster.

Also get new memory but run tests on it when you install it to see if they're bad. I had bad memory in a computer for 4 years before realizing it was causing issues as it further degraded. When I replaced it the PC ran like new and no more BSOD.
