Not true...Anderson has a replacement line called Renewal that well priced

I've compared with other window replacements and they were in the ballpark and the quality was enough to make it the best value IMO. Plus, their install technique saves a lot on install because it is all done from the outside so no interior trim work has to done.

The only thing I don't like is that their standard installation uses vinyl trim on the exteriors and when it rains large drops it can get loud.
