The ACC needs 4 or 5 perennial Top 25 teams...


and the ACC needs to schedule even more OOC games vs. the B1G and SEC. Miami hasn't lived up to their potential since joining the ACC. FSU needs to get back to the level they were 5+ years ago. Virginia Tech needs to get better too. 20-30 years ago, Syracuse was even good. Pitt should be much better just based on their geography (rich football history of western PA). UNC is getting better but they should be as good as UGA just based on their resources and facilities. North Carolina has more people than Michigan and will pass Ohio in another decade. NC State should have the same potential as VA Tech, both large land-grant state universities. GA Tech should be better considering that they're in Atlanta. UVA has the revenue and wealthy donors to elevate their football program. There's a lot of "untapped potential" in the ACC. Things have to turn around fast. The ACC needs to become more innovative and showcase an exciting brand of college football that will attract viewers (TV ratings). That's all in the new commissioner's hands. To be honest, the SEC and B1G brand can be predictable and quite boring.
