Might be convenience versus health. If you are about to duck into a store,

hop on the bus, metro, school building, your apartment's lobby/elevator, whatever. if it's just a few minutes between using it again, is it really worth taking it off shoving it in a pocket getting it back out if you don't mind wearing it in the first place? There are people who just don't mind wearing it.
