As part of his battery charge against the delivery driver last year, this


article said he was placed on probation, ordered to attend a 13-week anger management program, undergo a psychological exam, and complete 100 hours of community service. It's not clear if he actually did these things, but he was released from probation early so everything must've checked out ok. He may have a mental issue, but it's not like the situation has been completely ignored. Maybe he's just a jerk.
