If he has NPD and/or possibly ASPD, then he feels internally nothing is wrong. This is again why I point to NPD. With NPD, these people feel they are perfect and never responsible for the negative things or outcomes in their lives. It's always somebody else's fault. What you see with NPD and often ASPD is repetitive bad behavior over time. Most humans don't do that because when they have bad behavior, they get the help needed to fix the problem or identify and admit or realize they are the problem. With NPD patient's, they don't go to treatment, much less admit they have a problem. It's why they simply rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. It's the scary part about people with NPD and people likely like Brown, he internally feels he's fine and that nothing is wrong with him, and that all of these events are simply bad circumstances created by other people that just don't understand him. The only way you get Narcissistic PD patients or ASPD patients to therapy is through a court order. These aren't the type of people that simply go and seek out treatment on their own doing, then make follow up appointments and take interest in their therapy and growth, etc. They don't do this. Again, they feel they don't need therapy.
